We worked with Volkswagen NZ to deliver a highly successful digital experience, using a chatbot to improve the customer experience for new leads to their website, and to better manage their day to day customer service enquiries.
It was important to Volkswagen NZ to talk to their customers where they were, and when they wanted, with a high level of service delivery. It was also important to provide a natural interaction with the Volkswagen brand and ensure that the chatbot feels like a two way conversation, with the ability to hand off to a real human when required.
